Making a payment was also straightforward. I promptly received emails confirming my payment, verifying my appointment time, and sending reminders as the appointment approached. The entire process was highly efficient! I was already impressed even before the actual inspection took place. Danny was punctual, pleasant, and worked efficiently. He was easy to be around, and as a single woman, I felt comfortable in his presence, which is very important to me. Later, I received three individual reports in all, which also impressed me. Danny did an amazing job with the inspection and communicated to us before, during, and after. He responded quickly which was especially nice because our timeframe was very short. His inspection report was ready and sent to us the same day as the inspection. His price beat some other inspectors that we priced beforehand.
