Three years ago I called Happy Again and got some fantastic advice on my SubZero refrigerator. Unfortunately, I bought generic parts and did the work myself. I should have bought the REAL SubZero parts. But Vidam came today and did some great work on the fridge and I will never buy generic again. Vidam's work was smooth and efficient. I'll definitely call again when I have trouble!

Great service! Vadim quickly diagnosed the issue with our washing machine. Unfortunately Samsung makes washers not suitable for serious repair and since the drum came off the bearings we had to replace the washer entirely after just three years of use. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

Received excellent support from Vadim. I had a dryer problem. Vadim was very meticulous in isolating the dryer issue, and got it fixed. My dryer is running great now. Vadim is very punctual. Pricing is also reasonable. Appreciate his works.

Vincent is great. I had a power issue with my dryer and he walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone versus the other companies that make you pay a deposit just to get a 10 minute diagnostic. Happy again is a great business and they have earned a long time customer in me.

I do not recommend Happy Again Appliances. I contacted Vince from this company to repair my daughter's refrigerator. He gave me an estimate of over $1,000. When he came to our house, I asked him to show me the part he said was so expensive. He showed me a part that was clearly used, the packaging was already opened, and the part itself was scratched and dirty. When I questioned him about it, Vince became rude and unprofessional, so I told him to leave my house. This company is dishonest and tries to scam people. Stay away from them.
