We were called to this home, due to flickering lights upon inspection of the electrical panel. I could hear, buzzing and sizzling. I removed the cover to find the breakers were arcing between each other. Once I removed the circuit breakers I could see the bus bars that the breakers attach to were badly pitted. And this was causing the arcing. We highly recommend when your lights start dimming and flickering to get it looked at as soon as possible this will prevent costly repairs in this case. they waited a couple of years and we ended up having to replace the entire electrical panel.
