Most homeowners don’t realize that their electrical panel requires a working clearance of 3’ nothing can be in front of or below and or above the panel from floor to ceiling extending out 3’ We see this code violation often and when there’s a water line in front of the panel that’s just a no brainer. Most homeowners don’t think anything of it but heaven forbid you have an emergency and need to shut the power off quickly you don’t want anything impeding your path. If you have a situation like this please get it resolved
