We have had wonderful service from Jon at Hangtown Pest Control. Our pests have been pretty much eradicated and Jon is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly

I was not at home when he came, so I don't know if he actually came or not. It's not the first time that a Pest control person from Hangtown Pest Control has come without proper notice beforehand. Our gate is locked so Hangtown must call to let us know he's coming to make sure we're at home and that we have time to unlock the gate. That's bad business practice when he comes with little to no notice. We feel like we're paying for a full service and usually it's only the front yard if any that is sprayed! If you want to keep us as customers please give ample notice of your service.

Come on, straight up, scam elderly. I'm at a house in Placerville, Journeyman Technician for another company doing work, I'm also a Fire Fighter EMT, one of your Technicians came out, walked half ass around two sides of the house with a sprayer, 5 ft from the house, half ass spray. Do direction, no intent, got in Hang Town pest control vehicle, played on his phone, then drove off, no customer contact, after your Technician left, I mentioned to your customer the pest Technician did nothing, they said they know, they are looking at going somewhere else. Elderly people sometimes are afraid to confront someone, your Technician shows no honest integrity.

Terrible company. Do not waste your time. They bill for service that you did not request, come to your home - as many other reviewers have mentioned - when you are not present and then claim that they provided some "service" that you did not ask for or sign up for. MASSIVE HASSLE - HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE THERE ARE 100 PEST CONTROL COMPANIES IN THE AREA.

I had my initial visit with Hangtown Pest Control, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment Bailey, the technician arrived, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I felt completely at ease. The inspection was thorough, and I appreciated how he customized the treatment plan to fit the specific issues I was having. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m confident I made the right choice going with this company. Highly recommended!

Logan did a fabulous job. I even saw him brushing down cobwebs on the deck. I don't think I've seen anyone do that for us before. Thanks Logan, we appreciate your professionalism.

Just had our initial treatment. Logan showed up on time, did an amazing job around our house. Haven’t had pest control out in the 5 years at our house. Treated and took down cobwebs around the entire house, got underneath our deck where we had a bad black widow problem. Checked in after the job was done, let us know what our next step is and reviewed his treatment. Thorough and professional!
