Sharing a quick look at a project we knocked out for the Ariid Group in Redmond! We took this one from a bare subfloor to a finished walk-in surface in just five days.
Even though it’s a fast-paced job, we never skip the prep that actually matters. We laid down the Schluter-DITRA system as our foundation. If you aren’t familiar, it’s a specialized membrane that "uncouples" the tile from the subfloor. Basically, if the house settles or the subfloor shifts over time, the membrane absorbs that movement so your tiles and grout stay perfect instead of cracking.
