A high-quality counter top is the centerpiece of any kitchen, but the real magic is in the prep work. For this project, we installed a stunning granite slab with heavy veining to contrast the crisp white shaker cabinets. Getting this look right involved several technical handyman tasks, from ensuring the sub-cabinets were perfectly level to accommodate the weight of the stone, to the precise undermounting of the stainless steel sink. We also handled the specialized drilling for the matte black faucet and soap dispenser to ensure a leak-free, flush fit. These foundational steps are what allow the bold patterns of the granite and the geometric backsplash to come together for a flawless finish.
