We are currently deep in the gut-renovation phase of this Milton project. We just finished our pre-drywall walkthrough, which is a non-negotiable step in our process. Before we seal the walls, we take this time to double-check the framing alignment, verify electrical rough-in heights, and ensure the insulation is tight.
It’s much easier to make a technical adjustment now than after the finishes are in. This walkthrough ensures that everything behind the scenes is 100% to code and built to last. Now that we’ve cleared this milestone, we’re ready for the next phase: hanging the new walls!
