Lance the technician and the office manager Sara were both great and are highly recommended. She took my call very early in the morning for an emergency service and was able to schedule Lance to come out the same day. Lance was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to fix our system in under an hour. We couldn’t appreciate their service more.

This team is excellent! A great bunch of people who are very nice and want to make the customer happy. My oil boiler went out and I needed to decide quickly (during winter time) whether to replace with oil burner, electric heat or gas boiler. Lance provided me with all 3 estimates and Sara was very patient and helpful while I went through the decision making process and all my questions. They got me everything quickly and were able to get my new boiler installed ASAP!

Nobody wants emergency service on their furnace. Unfortunately I needed it and I am really glad I called Handy. First and foremost, Sara was awesome! The tech showed up an hour and half after making the call. As a new customer the dispatcher set me up with an account quickly and was really communicative. The tech showed up with a variety of small parts, ready for quick replacements. Resolved my boiler lockouts within a half hour and was really descriptive and knowledgeable in advising on a follow up visit.

I first contacted Handy Oil for emergency maintenance when the heat stopped functioning in the middle of the winter. We weren't established clients yet but they found a way to fit us into their schedule right away. They clearly explained the issue and were very upfront about the cost of repairs. Since then, we have used their company for regular upkeep. Their response in our time of need has made us clients for life. Highly recommend!
