Luis and his crew picked up a front door from the store and installed it in under 4 hours. He is very reasonably priced and did a great job. He even added a peep hole to the door at no extra charge. I wanted an air sealed, fire-rated metal garage door since my original house came with a thin indoor door that had a 1 in air gap underneath, letting car fumes and garage heat into the house. I also had a special request to get a mortise lock housing, which meant I needed to custom order the door. I called several places before finding Handy Door Man. And all were 20-30% more expensive or refused to provide for the mortise lock request. Luis not only provided a very reasonable quote, but the order filled quickly and he installed with care. The door came with a commercial self-closer, and the skirts and seals were tuned properly for both a smooth close and tight seal. There's a material temperature and insulation improvement to the house now. While he was here, he also helped me with several other doors for only the cost of parts. My front door required significant work to air seal, and other doors inside the house needed tuning to close properly. Update 2 months later: once the house settled some more, several of my doors had issues closing properly. Once again, Luis and his assistant made a trip out and he fixed everything back up, free of charge. That's service that's rare these days. I'm really looking forward to working with Luis again on some future projects I have in mind.
