Place is very friendly and clean. There's always multiple people working, so don't worry about waiting in line long. I'm lactose intolerant so, I was super excited when I found out they had 2 non dairy flavors always available. I love their chocolate oat milk ice cream, it's just nice to be able to go into an ice cream spot and actually get a scoop of ice cream. I wasn't sure I'd ever experience that again. My husband always gets a different flavor when he goes, lucky duck doesn't have any food allergies. He loves every flavor he gets.

I’m so happy 😁 I found Hansel’s , best ice cream I’ve had in years. I got the 4 pints and they were all delicious 🤤. I will never waste money on B+ J’s again. They got here super fast fast and the guy I spoke with was even nice enough to throw in a doggy cup for my pup ❣️❣️ great price. Delicious ice cream. Wonderful service. I am recommending this shop to all my friends. TY for making me love ice cream again.

Simply the best ice cream. We tried several flavors. Banana cream pie and Graham crackers crunch were fabulous and tasted great together. The texture was smooth and creamy and the sweetness level perfect. Not excessively sweet like some ice creams.

My boyfriend went into the icecream shop before 8pm. He sat and waited for his order for roughly 10 mins at a very not busy time. His order had been sitting on the counter for a undetermined amount of time, with no courtesy announcement it was ready. When he asked the staff why she didn't announce it, she simply shrugged her shoulders and said absolutely nothing. Customer service is simply non exsistent. Do better.

The freshest and creamiest ice cream you can get in Rofo. Literally amazing. Huge variety of flavors and tons of different options for milkshakes, “hurricanes”, etc.

This place is a gem I hit every time I visit Spring City, PA. Their ice cream, handcrafted to perfection, is rich, creamy, and worth every calorie. With a range of flavors—each more addictive than the last—you’re spoiled for choice. The staff is courteous, efficient, and always ready with a smile. Can’t wait for my next scoop!

Worth a try. The flavours on their menu can be unavailable. So have one or two alternatives in mind by the time you reach the counter to give your order. I tried a medium ice cream (two scoops). The flavours I chose were "Midnight madness" and "Peach". It was pretty good.

First time here. Great quality and quantity for the price. Ice cream is of high quality and very affordable. Employees are very friendly. Definitely worth a stop here when you have an ice cream craving.

Our new local ice cream place is a chain I had never heard of before. The ice cream is creamy good! They have fun cones to pick from and they also do smoothies. A tip is instead of standing in the long line for window service, go inside as the service is faster.

Hands-down the best ice cream I’ve had. I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I got a double cone of chunky chocolate chip, which is just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, and vanilla with Reese‘s peanut butter cups. I was not expecting to get so much ice cream, and it was honestly delicious. They also put huge chucks of Reese’s in it! I also got an extra thick vanilla milkshake which was delicious as well. For both items it was around $12, which I didn’t mind paying because the quality of the ice cream is so delicious. And the staff was extremely friendly and patient. I would come back here in a heartbeat anytime.
