Hand and Foot - nail.SPA

16.09.2025 , 6 pm - I just left a nail salon after a pedicure and manicure, and I am absolutely furious. The so-called "work" they did is a complete disgrace. It looks like a toddler was given a bottle of polish and told to go wild. They didn't trim a single cuticle or do any actual nail care. My hands and feet are left dry, ragged, and completely butchered. The polish job is a lumpy, uneven mess that is honestly offensive for the amount of money they had the audacity to charge. When I called them out on this hack job, the technician had the nerve to whisper to me like we were sharing a secret. She said, "I know it's bad, I'll give you the pedicure for free." She then tried to shoo me out the door with a credit note and a pathetic excuse: "You picked a bad color. In Hong Kong, we don't clean the nails, we just push the skin and gel polish is better." Let's be crystal clear: this is not about the color. This is about their staggering incompetence. She actually had the gall to suggest I go to a better salon while still charging me for this atrocity. The offer to "redo" this disaster was an insult - why would I let them ruin my nails for another hour?! They charged a premium price for a result that is downright embarrassing. DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. Let these pictures be a warning: this is what they consider acceptable work. STAY AWAY.
