Today is Feb 18. These nails already lifted. I got hard gel. The nail tech took over 2 hours doing my nails. I had dinner plans and was trying not to rush her. But if you like them taking their sweet time I get it she was trying to make them perfect. My only complaints are…. It’s very expensive! They told me about the fee, I wasn’t aware there was a removal fee. This is very expensive for just a basic manicure and a hard gel over lay. I paid a little over 1000hkd for this set. I don’t have time to come back to correct this. I initially thought at this price and they way they took their time maybe it was worth it But if for to lift in less than 3 days at this price. This had never happened to me before I would give this place a one star. But the staffs were nice. They took forever and I was there so late that lights were off and they were closing and I was the last one out. But I am not happy that for that price I have to go on my trip and pay extra money to have this fix. Update: the nail fell off completely while I was in the shower on day 3

They will provide good quality service seat before you purchase their package. 6. Once you have purchased it, not only it is difficult to book a slot, they will assign a not so professional beauty technician to serve you. Poor Quality of Service: The final product of my manicure was subpar. The shape was not domed and appeared thin, resulting in a less appealing look. Additionally, the gel was not securely applied to my nails, which led to significant tearing by day four—simply unacceptable for a manicure. 2. Unsatisfactory Customer Service: While they did offer me repair appointments, I had to cancel due to being unwell. I reached out via WhatsApp to apologize and explain my situation, but their response was inconsiderate and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy, they continued to focus on my cancellation, which felt inconsiderate. I understand that they have reserved the time for me and my cancellation will affect their capacity in business. Yet, they didn’t seem understand the root problem is the poor quality of work. By day seven, several fingers had lost gel, with some even missing half of it. When I reached out again to schedule another appointment, and told them the tearing of gel is getting serious and I was blamed for canceling the previous one. I was extremely frustrated, as my illness was completely unrelated to the quality of their work. A good manicure should last at least a month, not just a few days. Overall, I expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
