I had a disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.
1. Poor Quality of Service:
The final product of my manicure was subpar. The shape was not domed and appeared thin, resulting in a less appealing look. Additionally, the gel was not securely applied to my nails, which led to significant tearing by day four—simply unacceptable for a manicure.
2. Unsatisfactory Customer Service:
While they did offer me repair appointments, I had to cancel due to being unwell. I reached out via WhatsApp to apologize and explain my situation, but their response was inconsiderate and dismissive. Instead of showing empathy, they continued to focus on my cancellation, which felt inconsiderate. I understand that they have reserved the time for me and my cancellation will affect their capacity in business. Yet, they didn’t seem understand the root problem is the poor quality of work.
By day seven, several fingers had lost gel, with some even missing half of it. When I reached out again to schedule another appointment, and told them the tearing of gel is getting serious and I was blamed for canceling the previous one. I was extremely frustrated, as my illness was completely unrelated to the quality of their work. A good manicure should last at least a month, not just a few days.
Overall, I expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
