Hampton Auto Glass

I cannot say enough good things about Hampton Auto Glass. Awhile back, the rear windshild of our vehicle was completely smashed with no hope of repair. It was in need a total replacemnet. I went through our insurance, who is connected with SafeLite, so we decided to go through them for simplicity sake. Biggest mistake ever! I am not writing a review for Safelite, but it was a nightmare dealing with them. They brought the wrong windshield...twice! Then I had to wait for an opening for a thrid appointment. At this point I was without a car for two weeks. I was at the end of my rope. I looked up other windshild repair places and came across Hampton. I called them and explained my situation. Lindsey was incredible! She was able to verify they had the windshild for my car and even got on a 3 way phone call with my insurace to transfer the claim over to them! And she got me an appt for the next day (the day before Thanksgiving!)!!! I was over the moon. Drop off was easy and Lindsey updated me via text while they repaired my car. Pick up was a couple hours later and it looked great. The windsheild was installed beautifully and I am just so grateful they made it so simple and took care of us. highly reccommend them!

The folks at Hampton did a great job with my aging vehicle. They replaced the windshield quickly and soundly and took care of the rust and trouble spots that were dogging the old one. All for an affordable price. Thanks folks!
