Absolutely amazing! From the customer service being 10/10 and the fitting of the door. Great value too. I had been quoted ridiculous prices from other companies for the same job and my price with this company was very reasonable. I was quoted and within 2 weeks the door was fitted and completed. Payment on completion which made the whole process stress free. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them again for our other door. Thanks Ben you have been amazing from start to finish.

I ordered my front door from Dan, and Ben handled the fitting — and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Dan was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, answering all of my (many!) questions and accommodating every change I requested. He also provided a very fair and transparent quote. The door was ordered and delivered promptly, with everything running smoothly. Ben installed the door on his own and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, professional, and even cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. Most impressively, he managed to save my original stained glass window — a beautiful and unique feature of the house that I was so afraid of losing. Thanks to Ben’s care and precision, he was able to safely remove the window and reinstall it within the new double-glazed unit. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and genuinely love my new door. Huge thanks to both Dan and Ben for their exceptional service and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
