From start to finish I can honestly not rate Dan and Ben highly enough. A pleasure to deal with, honest and straight down the line, and very professional. On the day of fitting Ben and Dean fitted my windows and doors and were friendly, polite and cleaned up everything afterwards. A fabulous job all round. Absolutely amazing! From the customer service being 10/10 and the fitting of the door. Great value too. I had been quoted ridiculous prices from other companies for the same job and my price with this company was very reasonable. I was quoted and within 2 weeks the door was fitted and completed. Payment on completion which made the whole process stress free. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them again for our other door. Thanks Ben you have been amazing from start to finish.

Dan, Dean and Ben have been excellent, and this is the third project they have done for me. This time they replaced 3 outside doors and rebuilt a porch with new windows. Their work is 5*. The doors and windows fit perfectly - so no more draughts and the house is much warmer. The doors look fabulous, with beautiful door furniture too. The outer door to the kitchen is a stable door in a stunning French blue. I am thrilled, and they are nice guys to have around, and worked incredibly hard. I highly recommend them.

I ordered my front door from Dan, and Ben handled the fitting — and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Dan was incredibly patient with me throughout the process, answering all of my (many!) questions and accommodating every change I requested. He also provided a very fair and transparent quote. The door was ordered and delivered promptly, with everything running smoothly. Ben installed the door on his own and did an outstanding job. He was friendly, professional, and even cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. Most impressively, he managed to save my original stained glass window — a beautiful and unique feature of the house that I was so afraid of losing. Thanks to Ben’s care and precision, he was able to safely remove the window and reinstall it within the new double-glazed unit. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and genuinely love my new door. Huge thanks to both Dan and Ben for their exceptional service and craftsmanship. Wow just WOW! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Their customer service is unbelievably incredible and the pricing is also very competitive too. We asked for a bespoke personalised stained glass front door and side windows. We got more than what we could have ever dreamt off, perfect doesn’t even come close! We were so impressed with our front door that when we needed new Bifold’s for our extension, I went straight to Dan and didn’t need to bother shopping around as I knew we’d be looked after and that was one less thing to have to worry about. Ben fitted both doors and I can’t fault his workmanship and his attention to detail. Anything I asked Dan for, he went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream doors. If any of my calls were missed, I got a call back straight away. Their customer care does not stop at the doors being fitted. We can tell they are proud of what they offer and what they bring to families like mine. Forever grateful. Thank you

Great service from start to finish, from quote to installation they kept us informed. Very friendly and nothing was a problem! They did a great job on the windows and we will be having them back next year to do our doors.

Amazing company! They came out to assess our windows free of charge, and gave us some very honest and helpful advice. Dan and Ben were fantastic from the start and until the end. They fitted my door and I am very happy. No issues whatsoever, polite, professional, kind, experienced and cost effective.
