Hammer's Mountain Patrol

We have been grateful for Hammers service for 7 years now as we live between two homes and they give us enormous peace of mind for when we are away. They do periodic checks of our extensive grounds in addition to the interior of our home for any unexpected calamities such as a pipe breaking and flooding our basement, finding a king snake in the water heater closet, or as in this week's intruder. We received warning texts from our security company (separate from Hammers) that there was motion inside our home, which had set off the loud alarm inside the house. We immediately called Hammers from our desert home and they quickly dispatched someone to check on the house, which was pretty brave! When they got there they indeed found an intruder - a squirrel who had come down the chimney and made himself at home at our dining room table. The Hammers patrol person was able to humanely capture the squirrel and release it. Love these guys & gals!

Hammer's goes far above and beyond the call of duty as a patrol company. They looked after my house for me so that I felt that it was a home away from home and I had no need to worry about it when I was away. They kept an eye on everything, alerting me to the smallest details to the larger repairs when needed. I am very happy that they have been there for me when I needed them to offer practical support and that something extra that made me feel so secure. Thank you to all their wonderful people there.

We recently purchased a vacation rental in Lake Arrowhead, and Hammers Mountain patrol has hands-down become the best investment we’ve made. They caught a sewage leak during their first few weeks of patrol that we might not have caught for weeks or even months. They are responsive to us as owners, and also to our guests. I would highly recommend them.

Hammer’s is our go to on the mountain. They are responsive, courteous and professional. They just did our annual clean up and the lot looks fabulous. Turned on the sprinklers and took off all the dead bushes, grasses, leaves, pine needles etc. I recommend them unreservedly. Thank you guys!!

Mike Hammer Patrol has been our property patrol for about a year now. He provides a way we can call someone and get an answer and his tie in with Hammer Mountain Services has received a lot of angst about the upkeep and security of our Lake Arrowhead Mountain home. It is nice to know that the two companies have our back! I can honestly highly recommend these folks to help you with your mountain home needs.
