While Yorktown does off Bulk Trash Pick up, there are very specific guidelines that must be adhered to:
1. Accepted Items: Household Items Only such as Furniture, Mattresses, Appliances, Rugs, Lamps, Curtains & Blinds, Bicycles, and Bags of Small Items
2. Size and Quantity Restrictions: an area of approximately 9' x 3' x 3' is accepted
3. Prohibited Items: Construction and Demolition materials, Hazardous products, Chemicals, Car Tires, Leaves & Branches
If your items do not meet the criteria within the guidelines for bulk trash pick up under your town, you will need to seek an alternate disposal option.
