Justin who is the business owner of Hamilton Septic Co. is absolutely awesome and came through for me when I desperately needed him. I called Justin with the problem I was having with my septic tank approximately 4:30pm and he was on another job site in Stephenville that was already making him work past business hours- however, Justin did not hesitate when he replied to my call and stated he would come help me with my septic tank needs as soon as he was finished in Stephenville. Justin did just as he said and came that evening which was a Friday night and already dark- he ended up not only fixing the septic tank problem but identifying a problem with some pipes that were layed out and running in an unusual direction that had a blockage which played a part in the water backing up and flooding my bathrooms. Instead of advising me that I needed to call a plumber to come out to fix the area of the blocked pipes, Justin called the plumber himself and got him out there early the next morning on a Saturday morning. Justin is very professional, detail oriented, has a kind and genuine demeanor- but, one of the most important qualities when working with a contractor is finding one who “does what they say they are going to do” or “ shows up when they say they are going to show up”….its also one of the rarest qualities to find in any type of contractor or serviceman- Justin with Hamilton Septic Co owns those qualities which is very refreshing! One last note, his wife Erin does the billing for their company and she and Justin sent a “thank you” card with a note thanking me for my business- however, it was not a generic thank you card because it mentioned something specific to me that came up in a conversation I had with Justin……that is customer service excellence on every level. So, thank you Justin for your dependability, integrity, the knowledge you have for your business and explaining/educating this new country gal in taking care of septic tanks properly, and going above and beyond with your customer service. Very fast and professional service. He took time to answer questions and didn't make me feel he was rushing. They offered flexible scheduling and gave me a call on the way. I definitely recommend Hamilton Service Co! They even came after hours to make sure we didn't have any problems overnight.

Justin was able to help us out for an emergency tank pump on a Saturday evening!
