We used this black car service for a professional event in Ontario and were very impressed. All pickups were right on time, and I received real-time updates via text, which gave me peace of mind knowing our speakers were en route as planned. I was also provided with driver contact information in advance, which was helpful in case any of our guests needed to reach out directly. Overall, the service was reliable, well-communicated, and professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Booked two Cadillac Sedans for a special day—got a random Tesla instead, without warning or consent. Not the luxury I paid $250 for. Owner was rude and refused a refund, despite admitting the switch. Completely ruined what was supposed to be an elegant experience. I would’ve been better off with Uber. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely awful experience.

Excellent! Completely worry-free transport to and from the Toronto airport from Waterloo. We had 6 people to transport to the airport, so this was the most comfortable, economical, and stress free option. For the 1st trip, our driver texted first and was prompt. The suv was clean, no smells, perfect temperature & the driving was perfect. Where we were SO impressed was our trip home. We arrived from an international flight, checked bags ( that affects your ability to predict your timing these days ). Our driver had our flight info, texted us on arrival, and waited for probably an hour as we waited for our luggage. And then we were out the door at Post A and straight home. We can’t say enough positive things about Hamilton Limo Service / Black Limo Ltd. Thank you !
