I meant to post this yesterday. I went to the Hamilton Family Urgent Care in Killen yesterday afternoon. I have been there a few times before and have always been pleased with the service. Every time I have been in, I was seen quickly and everyone was very nice. Yesterday, I went in to ask for an antibiotic shot to avoid taking oral antibiotics after the surgery on my foot. I expected them to argue with me about taking the oral meds. Both the nurse and doctor were respectful and the doctor said they were “Happy to” give me a shot yesterday and today instead of the oral meds. I recommend their office highly! I appreciate the swift service, kind staff and respect for those of us who try to opt for natural health when we can! Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!

I cut my leg at 5:20 Sunday July 6th and went to Hamilton urgent care and it was my first time there. They Took me right back and stitch it up and I have to say Haley did an amazing job. There was also 2 others in the room with me and they really cared that I was in no pain. The medical assistants name was Carrington and Sarah. Thank you all for being so good at what you do

I'm pretty sad this place turned out to be the way it was. From the beginning, I tell them my 6 year old has been hit in the head by a hard thrown creek rock and is bleeding. We wait, patiently, only for Amy to interrupt my every attempted sentence to tell her what is going on with my child, and to be told they literally can't help us with any head scans there because they don't have the equipment with what I am able to get out. She kept going in a circle about whether or not my daughter is okay or if we need to go to the ER instead, a place where they are equipped, so now we have just lost time and $25 since they also file your insurance under primary care instead of urgent care like they're supposed to? I'm not sure but seems like they weren't up front about a few things. If you're reading this, go to the one down the road in Killen or the other way in Florence. Both straight shots

We have been patients for many years and have always had a fantastic experience. The staff and providers have always been accommodating and go above and beyond to help make their patients feel comfortable. We have 3 small children and have always felt confident in the treatment they provide even for their youngest patients. We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic urgent and primary care team in our area.

I have had great experiences for over 2 years now. The office and clinical staff are all so friendly and supportive. Prescriptions are always sent to pharmacy as promised and lab results are always relayed to us in a timely manner. I love their hours of service. I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

Asked if we wanted tested for anything. I said whatever you think. She said I just need a yes or no. Long wait with just 2 people ahead of us. First time I have been asked to pay before service when deductible should be met at the end of the year. My husband was there a couple of weeks before and billed later.

I went here because the Florence location didn’t have my meds and I’m so glad I did. Receptionist was so nice and helpful over the phone. Even gave me a call when I was on vacation to tell me my meds were in. In closing, Dr. Deb was kind and caring and really listened. I felt like I was chatting with a friend (which is what we all want and need when we feel sick). Thank you so much ❤️

I called Hamilton Family Urgent Care in Killen tonight immediately before leaving my house in the 30 degree weather with my sick 1 year old. They told me @ 6:50pm that they quit seeing patients @ 7:30pm, and that they close @ 8pm. I arrived at their office at 7:10pm, walked in, and the receptionist told me they quit seeing patients for the night already. I told her I had just called and that she told me 7:30pm was the time they quit seeing patients. Her response was, “Well, we had a rush, so we’re done for the night,” all while there were only 2 people in the lobby. I usually go to Killen Urgent Care, but because they were already closed for the night, I decided to go here— I learned my lesson. If you’re needing to visit an urgent care for any reason, I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere… Maybe even Killen Urgent Care.
