Sergiy was extremely responsive and when he arrived at the house he was very kind and professional. My washer had decided it didn’t want to drain and Sergiy was able to pinpoint the reason why and explain how it happened. He showed me the price of the part which honestly I appreciated so I didn’t feel taken advantage of as I know nothing about how much replacement parts cost.
