We had our pool cover replaced and also had Halls Pool and Spa close our pool for the season — they did an amazing job! The team was fast, professional, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. The new cover looks perfect, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them!

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company to do any sort of business with. They’re completely incompetent in running a business. It took them over a month to fix my hot tub. I should say try to fix it. It’s still not fixed. They still haven’t finished the job and are trying to charge me more all of the sudden. A simple fix that should have been done in 2 trips. Trust me go somewhere else if you want to get anything done right.

Have been using them for about six months now for our hot tub cleanings. The customs service is extremely responsive and always polite. Our spa tech Thomas, who comes out every two weeks does an incredible job. The only way you can tell that he has been there is due to the fact that the hot tub is always sparkling. He never makes a mess. Call them today for your next cleaning.
