Don and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and made the entire moving process incredibly smooth. They came fully prepared with their own ramps and handled my baby grand piano with extreme care while moving it into my house. They also took the time to carefully attach our spider dolly to the piano, making sure everything was secure and protected. You can really tell they are experienced and take pride in what they do. On top of that, they were very friendly and even referred me to a great piano tuner, which was a nice bonus.
