Tony was great to work with. He was able to get me into his schedule quickly, repaired a snapped dryer cable and had us back in business in under an hour. He also recommended a couple of things I could do to extend the life and shorten the drying time with our dryer. I will absolutely call him for any future repairs.

Our dishwasher stopped working at our condo, and Tony came out just a few hours after I first called him. We had guests staying at the condo at the time, and they mentioned how nice Tony was and how quickly he got the dishwasher up and running again. I called to inquire about an issue with my dryer and explained the problem to Tony. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he walked me through a few simple tests I could try myself to help identify the issue. He also recommended contacting a different company to clean the vent, which was very honest of him. When we still couldn't determine the exact cause, he asked me to text him the serial number. After reviewing it, he told me the dryer was over 10 years old and, while he could come out and attempt to repair it, he selflessly recommended that it might be wiser to invest in a new one given its age. It’s rare to find someone with that level of integrity, who genuinely cares more about helping than making a quick buck. Tony has absolutely earned a customer for life.

My dryer and stove were not working. Denise was great with collecting pertinent information needed and passing me along to Tony who called back same day. Unfortunate both were too old to repair but he gabe me advice on purchasing new appliances. That’s great customer service!
