Everything was so easy, they have delivered and packing up the bike from the port, I wanted to keep It 2 extra days, 1 WhatsApp and solve it, no passport deposit, just 3000 bat returned with no problems. Is lovely to travel when people try to make your Life easy. Motorbike like new and kindness people ever . Thank you so much. Hakuna matata from tiny criature ☺️

They have a really nice bikes and always in good condition so you don’t have to worry about anything! Also when I got stuck in the middle of the island they came even at 23:30 to help me start the bike (I forgot my keys in the bag that I left inside the seat…) Will definitely use their rental whenever I comeback to Samui 🙏🏻

First bike I took, the headlamp didn’t work, I had to go in and change it, which was a bit annoying. However, they were so patient with me I had to change drop off locations multiple times which probably drove them a bit crazy but they were patient and kind and that service really made all the difference. Highly recommend this shop, good prices and they did a pick up and drop off and gave the deposit back at the end.

We were a couple traveling with a baby and asked to rent a car. The company delivered the car to our hotel exactly on time. They went over the vehicle with us from all sides and were very fair and professional. They even provided us with a baby seat at no extra cost, which was very thoughtful. The next day, they arrived right on time to pick up the car. The car itself was comfortable and had no issues at all. No doubt I will recommend this company to everyone I know – very fair pricing and truly honest service!

We did not have a good experience with this company. The very next morning after renting, the car wouldn’t start. Staff came to fix it and said it was due to the battery, even though other electrical functions in the car were still working. Later, they came again and eventually replaced the car. That day we had to pay for several extra taxi rides and could not use the car at all. Afterwards, we were charged additional costs for repairing/replacing the vehicle. We didn’t make an issue out of it, as we didn’t want this to ruin our holiday. Finally, when returning the car, they didn’t have the correct amount of change for the refund and the employee disappeared with the last 1,000 baht. Only after repeatedly insisting did someone finally come back with the remainder. For us, this was a clear case of “cheap turns out expensive,” and it caused unnecessary stress during our vacation. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but we were very disappointed with how everything was handled.

It was my first time in Koh Samui and I didn't regret choosing this car rental company. I had a Toyota Yaris for 2 weeks. The car was very clean, new and I never had any problems. Communication was super fast and friendly, over all it was a great service. I can highly recommend 👍🏻

Excellent, arranged a 4 week hire over WhatsApp before I arrived, car was waiting for me at the airport, although a little confusing with where to meet the representative, I had to go to the garage during the hire, to swap cars which they made me aware of before I booked,this was straight forward. Car collected from my hotel for no extra cost, and full deposit returned. Highly recommended will definitely use on my next visit.

I rented a motorbike from this shop for about 5 months. The staff were nice, and when I returned the bike, they gave back the full deposit. If I come back to Thailand again, I think I’ll rent from this shop again. Thank you very much.

Amazing service! The staff at Hakuna Koh Samui are always available and super helpful. They deliver the motorbike right to you and pick it up when you’re done, so you don’t have to worry about anything. They are also very responsive in chat – you write and they answer immediately. I highly recommend them to everyone. Italian friends, if you come here, this is the place I suggest for renting your bike!
