⭐ 1 Star Review Disgusting place. Don’t waste your time and money. Today, we visited Hakim Farm House with our family after planning this trip for weeks. Like most families, our daily routines are extremely busy, and finding a day when everyone is available is not easy. We were looking forward to spending quality time together, but unfortunately, our entire experience turned out to be deeply disappointing. The biggest shock came as soon as we arrived. The swimming pool wasn’t even 10% filled, making it completely unusable. On top of that, the electricity went out, and there was no backup generator or alternative power arrangement. It is very surprising that a commercial farmhouse charging guests for a family experience has no proper backup for such a basic necessity. The disappointment didn’t end there. The bedrooms were in an extremely dirty condition, and the washrooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. It was obvious that proper cleaning had not been done before guests arrived. For a place that advertises itself as a family destination, the level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable. What hurts the most is not just the money we spent, but the time we lost. In today’s busy life, spending time with family is priceless. We had been planning this outing for weeks, hoping to create happy memories together. Instead, we ended up wasting our day dealing with poor management, lack of basic facilities, and an environment that was far below acceptable standards. Money can be earned again, but a family day that has been ruined cannot be brought back. I am writing this review so that other families know exactly what to expect before making a booking. People deserve honesty before spending their hard-earned money and valuable time. To the owner of Hakim Farm House: Please take this feedback seriously. Ensure that the pool is ready before accepting bookings, maintain clean bedrooms and washrooms, and arrange a reliable power backup. These are not luxury expectations—they are the minimum standards that every paying guest deserves. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Hakim Farm House to anyone until these serious issues are resolved. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through the same disappointment that we experienced today.

Had a lot of fun. Enjoyed the pool with my friends. Very fresh cold water. No other pool beats this one. Will come again with my family.

Visited last month.truly impressive place to visit this summer .the most amazing part about the visit was swimming pool .fresh water clean enough to see the floor of pool.will definitely visiting again.

I'll give it an honest review. The place deserve three stars. For 35K for 5 hours you expect much more than just a pool. The good thing is that you get fresh and clean water and sunshade but the pool itself is not that huge. I had much better options and bigger pools for 20K but after seeing good ratings i opted out for this one. Good ratings are probably from the people who book this farmhouse for other purposes than the pool party. People looking for pool party can find much better options for cheap but if you are looking for a big lawn area for wedding and other ceremonies than this place is good but again for pool parties there are way better and way cheaper options available.

Poor management and insufficient staff. Random people kept coming into the pool area and asking to join for a few minutes so they could enjoy the pool as well, which was very disruptive. The washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the facilities were not as advertised and looked nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing experience. Abshaar type area is also running I am still trying to figure out why they are charging 35k and what for?

I had a wonderful time at Hakim Farmhouse. The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, and all the facilities were clean and up to the mark. The natural surroundings, fresh air, fresh water in pool and beautiful setup made it feel like a home away from home. I’ve been visiting Hakim Farm House for the past 2–3 years. The swimming pool is definitely the best part of the property—it’s large, clean, and the water is pleasantly cool, making it a great place to enjoy with family or friends. Unfortunately, the rest of the property has not been maintained. During our recent visit, there were frequent power outages, the rooms were not clean, and the washrooms were in poor condition. Considering that this farm house has been operating for many years, it’s disappointing to see such a lack of maintenance. The pricing is also quite high. While similar farm houses usually charge around PKR 20,000–25,000, Hakim Farm House charges about PKR 35,000. At that price, guests naturally expect better cleanliness, proper maintenance, and reliable facilities. The place has great potential, but it seriously needs regular maintenance and better management to justify its price.

We had a fantastic day at the farmhouse on Bedian Road. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the barbecue setup made for a delightful outdoor dining experience. The spacious garden and outdoor seating area offered plenty of room to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Despite having only one bedroom, the privacy was excellent, providing a serene escape from the city. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience with great amenities and a beautiful setting for quality family time away from the city hustle, this farmhouse is highly recommended for families seeking a peaceful retreat. Certainly, here's an additional feedback point focusing on improving washroom accessories, water supply & cleaning.
