He was extremely calm, patient, and attentive while handling all my queries over the last two days, as I needed the product urgently from Mumbai to Pune. Rashid guided me throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and showed excellent knowledge about the product. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Amazing experience. We walked in with a lot of doubts but we were treated so well and all our doubts were cleared as to how to get used to the hair topper and use it with so much ease. Technician Radhe was really good and sat us down and explained everything. We were really happy with our purchase. Highly recommended.

Booked the first appointment on the 26th, but the person went to the wrong location and asked to reschedule. I agreed. The next day (27th), after multiple follow-ups, I was told she couldn’t come because it was her week off, and someone else was assigned for the 28th. On the 28th, I asked them to come between 10:30–11:00. Aditi ji reached at 11:00. I requested her to wait for 20 minutes as I was in a meeting, but she said she couldn’t and left by 11:19. After that, no response at all. I tried calling—no answer. Though i checked in the office , no one came . I booked the video demo again today, and still no one called. Very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hair Originals. I booked a home trial by paying INR 99 for 2nd October 2025 at 11 AM, but nobody visited or even contacted me on the scheduled date. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility towards customers. I request a refund of my INR 99 at the earliest, as I paid for a service that was never provided. Such experiences make it very difficult to trust this platform again.

I went for a hair extensions trial and had a really good experience. The trial process was very smooth and comfortable. The products used were of good quality and felt very natural. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to others!
