Dean is amazing at what he does, I’ve had a couple PRP treatments and Laser treatments and they have all been great and I definitely see improvements. Alongside the treatments Dean is just real easy to work with and real good to talk with during the appointments. Dean has been extremely helpful and professional in regards to my hair loss journey. He has always discussed the pro's & con's of each available option and what might be the most beneficial for me. I have had laser treatment & PRP which gave some good results but wanted to go down the hair transplant route. Dean was able to guide and direct me to the right clinic. Been coming here for some time now and I must say the service is brilliant, true transparency regarding all aspects of the treatment. I have noticed such a difference by having PRP. Dean is a very friendly, diligent and honest person who guided me through the nature of the hair transplant surgery, what the day would involve and the after care. Dean and Hair Loss Studio recommended a surgeon and I was put on a waiting list and then provided a range of available dates to go and have it done. He checked in on me post surgery and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. I thought the cost of the service was also fantastic and there were no hidden charges at any stage. Dean is very professional and friendly chap, I took my three sessions never had any issues the clinic very clean and hygiene, he explained every step to keep you aware of the treatment, also he is very welcoming I had some difficulty to come in my schedule sessions for two times when I called him he was very helpful to reschedule my appointments.
