Dean has been extremely helpful and professional in regards to my hair loss journey. He has always discussed the pro's & con's of each available option and what might be the most beneficial for me. Dean is a very friendly, diligent and honest person who guided me through the nature of the hair transplant surgery, what the day would involve and the after care. Dean and Hair Loss Studio recommended a surgeon and I was put on a waiting list and then provided a range of available dates to go and have it done. He checked in on me post surgery and was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. I thought the cost of the service was also fantastic and there were no hidden charges at any stage. Dean is very professional and friendly chap, I took my three sessions never had any issues the clinic very clean and hygiene, he explained every step to keep you aware of the treatment, also he is very welcoming I had some difficulty to come in my schedule sessions for two times when I called him he was very helpful to reschedule my appointments. I personally couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. I’m 31 and as with most men, with a receding hair line, I learned to mask my bold spots with hair fibres and styling my hair in certain ways to hide my embarrassment. It’ll be the best decision you make in your life, as there is nothing worse then jumping into a pool on holiday and coming out with your bald spots on show.
