After an extensive search for a hair transplant physician, I found Dr. Ramona Kelemen in Scottsdale, Arizona. I scheduled a consultation. At the conclusion of the consultation, I was convinced that I had found the right physician. Dr. Kelemen's knowledge, experience and skills, technical and aesthetic are unsurpassed. She performed all aspects of the procedure herself, from shaving, extracting donor grafts, prepping the recipient sight to implanting the grafts. More than 2,000 grafts were transplanted, Dr. Kelemen, Andy and Jessica were amazing. After the procedure, there was absolutely no pain, swelling or discomfort, not even a Tylenol or aspirin was necessary ! For anyone considering a hair transplant, I highly recommend Dr. Ramona Kelemen. She is the absolute best !

Dr. Kelemen is truly a global top tier hair transplant surgeon. Not just the "best in Phoenix", as very likely is true as well. I mean on this planet I believe she is top tier and would rank equally or better with any other top tier hair transplant surgeon. I've had 2 previous transplants in my life so am somewhat of a veteran hair-challenged person. My first two were in La Jolla and at the very best clinic in the San Diego area. Dr. Kelemen is quite superior both technically and artistically. As you can imagine, after two previous transplants, the donor hair has thinned a bit itself. Luckily, Dr. Kelemen can transplant from the beard region. Amazing. Phoenix is lucky to have her. Knowing full regrowth after the transplant can take up to a year (usually less), I waited about 8 months to post a review. It's come in much thicker than I expected. I'm very pleased.

Dr. Kelemen is a miracle-working and artistic medical genius! It has been exactly 1 year since my procedure to add donor grafts to my hairline, and the results were nothing short of incredible. Once you get past the recovery phase, the vision becomes more apparent. And Dr. Kelemen and her team are always there to support you throughout the entire journey, with updates, pictures, and care routines. I highly recommend Dr. Kelemen to anyone. Dr.Keleman, Jessica and Andy have been amazing, incredible, there are not enough great words to describe them. I have never experienced such a wonderful doctor and staff. She constantly checked on me after eyebrow surgery, She was 100% concerned about my thoughts and concerns, called me to confirm everything, answered any questions I had regardless of how trivial. Great results and great people! Dr. Kelemen is honest and realistic when it comes to the outcome of her work. She will hear out your concerns and give her best input on how to help you. Her and her staff are also very polite and help bring down the nerve. Overall, I felt well taken care of and the experience felt like a genuine human interaction rather than being sold a service.

Dr. Kelemen performed my third HT (FUE/Beard). During both the consult and the procedure, Dr. Kelemen, Jessica, and Andy treated me amazing. They were super friendly, they made me laugh, they bought me a great lunch...they took great care of me. The team at Hair 4 Life are just all-around great people, and I cannot give them enough praise. Procedure: I experienced virtually no pain during the procedure. Even though I was in the chair all day, the time flew by. Recovery: Despite having significant work done to my hairline, I had zero swelling after the procedure. This can be 100% attributed to the skill and attentiveness of Dr. Kelemen and Jessica.This was in stark contrast to my previous two hair transplants with other surgeons, where I had a large amount of swelling on my forehead that lasted several days. Dr. Kelemen uses smaller needles than her competitors and does everything by hand with an expert touch…and it shows. Pain Management: After my surgery at Hair 4 Life, I took Tylenol/Motrin that night and the following day…that was it. I didn’t need more than that. During my previous HTs, I was taking Hyrdocodone/Trazadone for at least a week following my surgery (and felt miserable). Results: I’m currently 5 months post-op. I could not be happier with my results. My hair line is awesome and exactly how it should be. I have already scheduled a 4th HT with the team at Hair 4 Life to improve density on my crown. I look forward to seeing Dr. Kelemen, Jessica, and Andy again. I know i’m in good hands with them.

Very smooth process, educational from the initial consult all the way through, there was no pain after the procedure and everything went better than expected. Im excited to see the final results which will take time of course, I highly recommend at least doing a consult if you are comparing options for a FUE or other services. Dr Kelemen is very experienced in her field and I felt very confident through the entire process in her expertise and ability.

I just finished a FUE hair transplant with DR. Kelemen. After having a previous FUT transplant a few years ago with a well known surgeon here in phoenix, which i will not name. I thought i had a good idea and understanding of what i was getting myself into this 2nd time around. Wow, was i wrong! From the moment of my consultation i just knew she was the DR to go with as you can tell DR. Kelemen and her husband Andy take great pride in their business and truly enjoy what they do. I was expecting a TON of pain post surgery and lots of swelling due to my previous experience. It was the complete opposite, absolutely Zero pain and zero swelling and i quite literally mean zero. (I’m still in disbelief) If you are considering a hair transplant do yourself a favor and go get a consultation from DR. Kelemen. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t as she is truly a master of her craft! I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone. Thanks again!

I am so grateful I found Dr Kelemen. Seven years ago I had a tumor removed from my scalp. After the stitches were removed and the scalp healed from that removal, I lost hair around the stitch line, resulting in a half dollar sized bald spot right on the top of my head. The hair never grew back. The placement of it made it quite impossible to cover up, no matter how I parted or styled my hair. It has made me very self-consciousness for years. I went to Dr Kelemen for a consultation and she was confident a hair transplant would work. Several weeks before surgery she brought me in for pre-op care where she examined and prepped the area for the best results possible. On the day of the surgery she was so attentive and patient, taking her time meticulously removing one hair follicle at a time and then artistically placing each one into my bald spot. It was a painless procedure. I felt safe and cared for the entire time. Post surgery Dr Kelemen reached out to me daily to ask how I was feeling. She even washed the area for several days after to make sure I was healing properly. Dr Kellemen is an exceptional physician who truly cares for her patients. She has a strong passion for her work. I highly recommend Dr Kelemen and the entire Hair 4 Life team. UPDATE: One year later and I can finally say that the hair transplant was a complete success. The hair that was placed into my bald spot has now grown to almost 6 inches long. The way Dr. Kelemen placed the hair into the bald spot was so important, as now it looks like my natural “swirl”. The hair lays so naturally, no one would ever know how bald it was. I used to think about this bald spot almost constantly, and now I never give it a thought. It’s completely fixed. 10/10 recommend Dr Kelemen. This was literally life changing.

Another Update: I never explained why my eyebrows were so thin before I opted to have hair transplant for my eyebrows. I has microblading done to my eyebrows. I don’t think the women doing this was very experienced and my skin would just not take the ink. Instead of stopping, she kept trying until she pretty much cut out most of my eyebrows and scarred the entire eyebrow areas. I was afraid the transplants wouldn’t work because of all the scar tissue, but Dr. Keleman is very good at what she does. The picture of me with very thin eyebrows is me before starting the transplant process. There is another picture of me at 3.5 months after the transplant process, and the hair is slowly coming in. The rest of the pictures are me with my eyebrows back but better! Yay! I could have them shaped and waxed but I like the all natural look. I do absolutely nothing to my eyebrows except put a little eyebrow gel in and call it good. Thank you Dr. Keleman! Update: It has been a year and I have beautiful eyes!!! I thought that my eyebrows would grow in fully in the first 3-4 months…I don’t know where I heard this, but I was definitely wrong. At about the four month mark, I called Dr. Keleman and she reassured me that I needed to be patient and wait for the entire year. She was so right. It’s a year later and I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows. Thank you so much Dr. Keleman. As promised I will update with before and after pictures. First review: I just had an eyebrow transplant procedure. Dr. Keleman and her assistant (I believe Jessica-I apologize if I have your name wrong) were AMAZING! The procedure went very well. I will update before pictures, right after the procedure pictures and after I completely heal and the eyebrows have fully grown back in pictures at a later time when I update. I felt like I was with friends, although they were very professional at the same time. Dr. Keleman explained everything before and during the procedure, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and there was very minimal discomfort…most of the time there was no discomfort whatsoever. I love that she played music, it helped me stay relaxed. I need to get her playlist. Lol! I would recommend Dr. Keleman to anyone that needs a hair transplant, eyebrows or head, etc. She is very good at what she does. Her office consists of her husband, who helps in the front office, her assistant and herself. All of which are AMAZING people! I felt like I was taken care of like a family member. My husband could not come with me or drive me, the doctor herself drove me to my hotel room, and checked on me several times. She even ordered lunch for me during the procedure. Top Notch care!
