Haddon Point Pennsauken

I lived in this apartment complex for four years, and it’s unfortunate how much it has gone downhill during that time. When we first moved in, it felt like a nice community. But over the past couple of years, things have really changed — and not for the better. There’s been a noticeable increase in police presence due to vehicle break-ins and other security concerns. It no longer feels like the safe, quiet place it once was. The pool, which used to be a nice perk, is rarely usable — either lifeguards can’t be scheduled, or they’re constantly on break during the busiest times. For the last two summers, it’s felt like more of a tease than an amenity. Rent prices have also climbed to substantial levels, with no real improvements or benefits to justify the increases. Management seems to scratch and claw for every dollar they can — we were even charged $7 for a blind that was broken before we moved in. It’s that kind of nickel-and-diming that makes you feel like a paycheck, not a resident. The constant turnover of tenants also says a lot. In the last couple of years, nearly every unit around ours has changed residents, which really affected the sense of community that used to exist. It’s clear that management either isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care to address these issues. To top things off, during our move-out process, despite having cats and paying $50 a month in pet rent, management noted that the carpets wouldn’t be replaced because they were “sufficiently cleaned.” That’s not exactly reassuring — and if I were moving in, I wouldn’t want to hear that my “new” carpet had already been through several pet-owning tenants. After four years, I’m happy to be moving out. This place had potential, but it’s been disappointing to watch it steadily decline.

Apartments are nice, modern and it’s impressive how they keep them looking new. Maintenance are friendly and obviously knowledgeable. Very clean neighborhood great for dog owners. Noemi in the office is also very friendly she made the whole move in process simple for me. Liz is also very helpful with whatever you need

I lived at Haddonpoint Apartment for 2 years and I definitely loved it. The management team were so professional and helpful whenever I needed assistant. The maintenance team were also quick to resolve every problem I had. I'd really love to continue living there but work transferred me to another State.

Haddon Point Apartments is a beautiful, well-maintained community with modern, spacious apartments. My leasing agent, Noemi Reynoso, made the whole process smooth and stress-free; she was professional, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Haddon Point! We have been here for 4 years and it has proven to be such a positive and welcoming place to live! We really are so thankful for our time here. We had looked around at many other apartments and could not believe how nice/modern these spaces were in this complex. The location of the complex is 10/10.. so close to so many great surrounding areas/towns. The staff here are always super friendly and extremely helpful/accommodating in whatever you need! Maintenance is also so quick to respond to anything and super communicative/timely. No complaints at all!! We have truly loved our living experience here at Haddon Point and will miss it so much!!

I just moved in and I really like it here its really peaceful and quiet and everyone is nice and noemi has been incredible and she has made my moving experience a lot easier.

I lived there almost 9 months. I can say the management team is great. They always keep up the maintenance. However, the building quality is really minimum. Yes, they do meet the building code, but most material they use is very thin. I am looking forward what they look like after a decade.

Lived here for 2 years with no fuss. Nice apartments. Moved out for a job in a new state and the moveout procedure was easy and fair. Rules were constantly changing which was annoying though. Sometimes it felt like I would get an email once every few weeks about a new rule (1 week to pick up your package. Now it's 5 days. Now it's 3 days. Etc) Also I submitted a work order and upon returning back to my apartment from work, the door was left visibly open. Thankfully nothing was stolen.

Have lived here for about a year and a half. And even though our car was stolen out of the parking lot (which isn’t necessarily their fault) and some of the tenants in my building are gross and don’t clean up their mess, I do have to say that this apartment complex is a very nice place to live. They do a lot to try to build a sense of community, they hold a lot of events for residents and it’s very sweet. The apartments are kept in very nice condition, lots of windows and natural light, maintenance is quick to respond, the office is quick to respond, mail room is organized, pool is always clean, lounge and gym is kept nice, they do their best to upkeep the property well. The women in the office have always been very kind and understanding. I truly haven’t had many complaints, which is typically rare when living in a large complex, but I’m sure you won’t find a nicer place to live and I have overall been very happy with my living experience at Haddon Point! ♥️

I recently signed my 4th lease here at Haddon Point. I was inclined to write a review because recently I had a need for a storage space and when I went to the office to take care of this, I was reminded of how friendly and helpful the staff are!! Noemi was so very helpful!! I also recently had an emergency situation where I needed staff to enter my home while I was not there and Kelly was very helpful. Also the Amin, is so helpful, he keeps our building so clean!! Young's landscaping does a great job keeping up the grounds! I have had a great experience living here, its so quiet( even with all the buildings and townhomes) and I have only had one issue where maintenance needed to come in to my apartment to fix something and they were respectful of my time and fixed what needed to be fixed in a very timely matter. I also like that there are plenty of stores close by and lots of great places to eat in this town and neighboring towns. I highly recommend Haddon Pointe!!
