We've had quite a few issues with our trailer. Recently water leak and furnace quit working. Brian is our go to guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I have referred him to all my neighbors. They to are happy with his work. Thank you Brian.

I connected with Brian a few weeks ago because Grand Design decided l we needed a new stove. As full timers we move locations with frequency. Brian agreed to receive and then deliver/install the new stove, which happened today. The old stove got removed, the new one installed without issue. Brian was affable, professional and efficient. I have worked with many very good mobile techs in the past, and Brian met the same standard. I definitely recommend Hackett’s RV Repair.

We had some refrigerator issues and called Brian. He was able to point us in the right direction in order to obtain the correct parts. We then had him do a roof inspection and clean the coils on our ac units. Very professional and thorough, great job @ reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend.

Incredible service! I called Brian yesterday and he jumped on an inspection today. Less than 24 hours. Communicated very well, And did a very thorough review on a camper that I am purchasing. I have never met him, but I can’t recommend him enough.

Brian was great. Called and left message, called back in 5 minutes and was at my sight in an hour. We had a heater in RV go down and had me up running within 20 minutes on a very cold day. Thanks again Brian

Our AC went out in the middle of the night on a weekend while at Gulf State Park. Brian answered quickly and had our AC fixed in no time! He also fixed a couple other issues perfectly! He was so nice and responsive! I can’t recommend enough!

He came out to the park where I was staying and efficiently reattached the tank. Unfortunately, the next day, I noticed it was leaking. I called Brian, and he didn’t hesitate to come back the very next morning to fix the leak. His dedication to making sure the job was done right really impressed me. Brian is professional, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him for any RV repairs!

Prompt friendly service. Replaced our commode arrived shortly after we picked up the new one. Cleaned up after installing and carried out the broken one. ( threw away in our rv park dumpster for us) Would highly recommend
