Mike was very responsive and flexible as my plans changed in scheduling the appraisal. I found Mike very knowledgeable in the surrounding Real estate market. He completed and provide Appraisal that was realistic and appropriate for the market. Once we moved into an area where the house was being prepared for sale, I contacted Mike once again to inquire about his services aa our agent to sell the home. I felt that with Mike’s knowledge of the home already who better suited to act as our real estate agent. The market proved to be very challenging in the Jacksonville area. Mike was very attentive to open houses and entertaining viewings. He was very diligent, and read potential clients very well. I appreciated the point that Mike didn’t get me alarmed or excited about anything until it was meaningful. It was an especially comforting feeling that I was in good hands as I was dealing with this from out of State. We were finally able to sell the home.
