The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Joe, Mike, Jay were fantastic in everything thing they did and said. There work was professional done and the clean up was as well. I will continue using them for there honesty and trustworthy. Jacob is a another awesome true dedicated hard worker just be ware ladies when working he may remove his shirt. H2O worked fantastic with my insurance adjuster even he was felt there honest with them.

Absolutely amazing. Honest, well versed in the trade. Knew exactly what was wrong. The problem was more than what I originally called for and Joe worked his butt off late on a Sunday night to assess the issue, came back the next day and fixed it all. Joe and Mike work swiftly and professionally with all the clean up. Looks like nothing ever happened.

As a new homeowner, when I went down in my basement one seemingly uneventful day and saw standing water, I knew I was in trouble. But the best thing to do in that situation is call in the pros. And the team at H2O plumbing is all professional, all the time. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem which happened to be a pipe that had broken underneath my foundation. It happened to be a big problem! Scary stuff, but they took the time to walk through everything that needed to be fixed, got the right people on the job, and did it quickly and professionally (and cleanly I might add, especially when digging into foundation and concrete dust is a concern). They spent the time to make sure it was done right and were friendly, courteous, timely, and also very flexible the whole time. At the end of the day, I feel secure in the knowledge that they've done a great job. I've been sleeping much easier with the replaced pipes and new concrete foundation they poured to keep my house safe from any more problems like this in the future!

Highly recommend! He was the only plumber willing to give me a quote over the phone and by far had the cheapest prices around without sacrificing quality. Super professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and their problems. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Have had issues for better part of 2 yrs at a Warren house near 9 and Van Dyke. House built in 1950 and believe original main sewer/drain line. Called friday and was able to get an appt saturday. David came out and snaked the drain and fixed the issue. Also replaced my utility sink plumbing which was not what I orginally called about so I greatly appreciate it (was added cost though which I expected). It was crooked, leaking, and missing an AAV. Plumbing has been really frustrating and I finally had got to the end of what I could do without getting thousand dollar equipment. Joe and his staff were very detail with explaining the huge job (sewer line repair ) I was having done. They were tentative to all my questions.
