H20 Pro Pump & Well Repair

I had a constant pressure system (see first photo). It was sold to me as "my only option" as the well was 650 feet from the house. This was an expensive system but it was not robust and the controller failed twice. I had been out of water for 5 days. My chickens and cows had no water. I called Kevin Friday and we discussed my system. The next day he swapped my system over (see 2nd photo). Kevin is a professional, I highly recommend him and his company!

Knew our pressure tank was going bad, called H2O, Chris came out took care of replacement. Professional, efficient, informative and price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for pump/well needs you have.

My well pump died on Christmas Eve afternoon, and these guys got me back up and running the same day before the sun went down. Fast, efficient, and affordable priced work. I cannot say enough good to convey how pleased I was with their work.

The pipe from the well to our pump house broke the other morning causing quite the stir in our home. I called H2O Pro at 6am and Kevin answered after 2 rings! He said he’d be there between 11-12 and he was right on time. He got us up and running in no time, offering a ton of knowledge and suggestions to get the most out of our current set up. He didn’t try to oversell us things we didn’t need. Just fixed what we have and kept it real. Kevin was really honest and you can tell he values the people he takes care of. I’ll absolutely be calling H2O Pro again when we’re ready to update some of our equipment. He gives fair prices, honest feedback and does great work quickly. Stole the lid to my well charged me $500 and did absolutely nothing except make things worse

I live out in Darby in Pasco County. I came home after a long day of work to no water. It was late in June. I called Kevin at 7:30PM or so and Kevin got right back to me. Kevin was out here the next morning as promised at 9:30 AM. I figured it was a bad pump. It was and it was caused by a tank that had gone bad. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a fried submersible pump 88’ into the acquirer. Kevin pulled out the pump with 88’ of 20-40 year old pipe and put in new pipe, a new tank, electrical box, points and pump. From start to finish it took less than 5 hours to replace an entire system that had been in service for decades and was plum wore out. He and his help worked tirelessly in 96-97 degree heat to get the job done. The water came on with pressure better than ever. When I called Kevin, I needed the water. Kevin had done some work for me years ago. I did not ask about price. Sometimes you just gotta TRUST people to do the right thing and he did. Even though it was an emergency and the weekend he charged me his regular hourly fee and price, which was more than reasonable under any circumstances. When we were wrapping things up my other half asked about putting a hand pump IN as part of the system. He said he could but since he doesn’t get much call for them he did not have one on the truck. Again, he gave us a good price on that too. Needless to say, he will be back in a few days with the NEW hand pump and we are glad of it. Hurricane season is coming and being without water is no laughing matter. Thanks Kevin, you are an honest, honorable and hardworking man. A very genuine and brutally honest man, kevin is his name,. He was very informative and didn't sugar coat anything. I called after 11pm may 8th, he was here just after 9am just like he had promised, did everything he said he would do, unfortunaely our well was dry and that there wasn't anything wrong with our new well pump we installed ourselves. He gave us a estimated price of what it may or could be after what he thought he'd have to do, well God is good and so is he, kevin was here for well over 2 hours, only to find our well was dry, he insisted that we not worry about the full payment t as discussed, what an amazing soul the man has, we are truly grateful for his compassion for our situation, being we have children, one being a 4mo old baby. He also gave us some great added info as to what we should do next and who to contact. We would have him come back anytime, made a new friend indeed!!!! Thanks Kevin, you rock!!! ,
