H&S Appliance Outlet

Tuesday afternoon I dropped a vase from the cupboard above our washer. Well it went straight through the lid and shattered the glass top. I called an appliance repairman and after checking he let us know LG doesn’t make the part anymore. He did find a used one on Amazon but after the cost of the part and the labor to install and clean all the glass out of the drum he felt it was better to buy a new one. He suggested we check out H and S so I called and talked to Desiree and she said sometimes they can deliver the same day or the next if we find what we like. Wednesday morning we met with Kevin and he helped us pick out a new Speed Queen washer and dryer. At 2:00 Sean and Brian delivered the set, set them up, showed us the features and hauled our old set to the truck. They were fast, efficient and even let me clean and vacuum the floor before they hooked up the new ones. Wonderful customer service, great prices and hard to believe 24 hours later we had everything back to normal.

I love this store and these people!! I brag about my refrigerator all the time. I don’t know how you can beat brand new appliances at a portion of the cost of the big box stores. Not to mention the nicest people that take the time to make sure you get what you’re looking for and you’re happy. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Finding H and S Appliance Outlet was the grateful result of slogging through other big box stores. They had exactly what we wanted at a substantial savings over what the others had to offer. Delivery was 2 day, the people fast, efficient and skilled. Something seldom found these days and much appreciated. As future needs dictate we shall be back to repeat this excellent experience. Super friendly. Awesome customer service. They were very patient and made sure I got what was best for my needs. I got the same LG washer and dryer for much less than the SALE price at other major stores. I also snatched up some beautiful name brand Allen & Roth patio furniture for about half the price! They always have appliances but you never know what other goodies you’ll find too!

We purchased a refrigerator/freezer from them. We received a very price on the unit. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and the check out procedure was painless and made was by the vice lady assisting us. We highly recommend H & S Appliance Outlet.
