H&M Top-Notch Landscaping

If you need a reliable landscaping company, H & M Top Notch Landscaping is the one to call. They squeezed me into their schedule the same week when I was in a major time crunch. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and Houston went above and beyond by helping clear out some yard junk. I'm very impressed with their customer service and quality work. I would not hesitate to use them again!

It’s rare to find a landscaping and pond company in McMinnville that operates at a truly high level across the board, but these guys deliver. We’ve held a pretty high standard when it comes to property maintenance and long-term landscape health, and they met it without cutting corners. From detailed routine maintenance to more technical pond work and algae control, everything was handled with precision and a clear understanding of how to manage a landscape the right way,not just make it look good for a week. Their consistency, communication, and attention to detail really stood out. The property looks sharper, the turf is healthier, and the pond is finally balanced and clear instead of constantly needing reactive fixes. What I respect most is their approach. They think long-term, they understand ecosystems, and they take pride in doing clean, professional work. That level of execution is getting harder to find. If you’re in the McMinnville area and care about quality, reliability, and results that actually last, they’re a solid choice. -Mary

We were very pleased with H & M Top-Notch Landscaping. They were very friendly and professional. The work done was more than expected, but they came a few times to finish. I highly recommend them if you need any of their services advertised on their website.

Our sprinkler system was shutting off after a minute and a half. H&M came to our home within minutes of our late afternoon call, diagnosed the problem(s), worked until 7:00 pm, and returned the next day to install a new controller box. Problem(s) solved quickly, efficiently, competently. Couldn't be more pleased!

Had a problem with a busted sprinkler head. Called Houston and he came out the same day. Found tree roots caused the problem and it wasn't an easy fix. He took care of everything and now our sprinklers work better than ever! If you need someone who is friendly, hard working and stays until the job is done you can't go wrong with H&M!

Houston came out and fixed my sprinkler system 30 minutes after I called! He explained everything very well and solved it quickly. Very efficient business and great low price.

I called this morning and within hours my sprinklers were changed out, repaired and working great! Thank you for your prompt and expert, friendly service!

Ive hired H&M several times over the last year and been pleased each time. They are responsive, come out quickly and on time over all else do a wonderful job the first time. We had drainage issues which Top- Notch resolved with a professional design intregated into our exisisting system aswell as storm damage and a fair amount of mess they got cleaned up same day with ease. Absolutly disappointed. Hired them to landscape our yard. Paid them 50% upfront. Stated he could complete in four days. After 20 plus days very little was done. The water for landscaping was left incomplete and water was running down the street. Mac Water and Light had to be called. the work that he did do was nit what the design was. Every time he said he would stop by he never did. Excuses we're, his wife had his truck, he had to babysit his kids, too many other customers. We will have to take him to court. Beware!!!

Houston is one of a kind, you wont find anybody that comes close when it comes to your landscaping needs, see for yourself by giving him a cal
