I used to shop here regularly, but I had one visit that made me uncomfortable. During checkout, I placed my store basket on the counter with my items inside and was told to take everything out myself. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. When I didn’t respond right away, the employee made a comment along the lines of “I don’t know what’s wrong with y’all customers” and stated she wasn’t going to handle the basket items. I decided not to complete my purchase and left. I hope customer service has improved since then.

Veronica c She was really great at helping my friend find a perfect wig. She did such a great job at teaching us to put it on and gave us the right products to help us keep the wig on 10/10 would come again.

All of the staff seemed to be friendly & professional. They had everything I needed and it seems to be a well kept store. They have cute little outfits, silk scarves and hats.

There are several beauty supply stores closer to my house, but I never find what I need. So I always end up coming to this one. They always have what I need and I get a bonus if Samya is working. Samya has a very pleasant attitude and is SUPER helpful, always!

All I have to say is they accept no refunds no exchanges I spent $300 in the store and they refused to let me exchange. I didn’t want a refund I purchase an item and it said 1B on the packaging. I opened the packaging it was not off black it look like a number for it looks like a light brown. I’m never coming here again. I will either drive out further to at least be able to exchange if I can’t get a refund now I have an item that I can’t use don’t know what to do with it they wouldn’t take it back and they wouldn’t exchange and the customer service is terrible. They all staying around the front and egg busy if you asked him a question just point.

This is my wife and I go to beauty supply store. We can always find what we need and the staff is always very helpful. Mrs. Sharon always have a great attitude and greet us upon walking in. Over all great shopping experience.
