I had to do a review after 5 visits of consistent AMAZING SERVICE!!! I'm not kidding that ManagerLady in the back never misses I swear!!! Please go see her she will definitely get you together and you will leave with a smile. She just makes you want to shop there and only with her. Service so great you feel like family. Thank you Ms Keidra. I haven't felt loved or seen since my mom passed 2 years ago. If you want to meet an angel or have an interaction with a great person visit h beauty and ask for Ms Keidra. She will share good music and will be honest on how your wig looks. Be prepared for great experience 10/10 service. Even when they don't have what you need! I hope the front of the house becomes more customer focused and less transactional a little kindness goes a long way!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to purchase items with my wife about a month ago. That experience was extremely excellent with a very knowledgeable lady to was authentically helpful and caring. Our last recent experience was bad enough to put the items down and leave. The front staff ignores you brush you off in any direction. Then when they decide to help they are rushing you. We drove from Willis based off the excellent service thinking it was across the board it is very hit and miss. This review was not from one bad experience but 3 and we will not go back again. This place seems to have a high employee turnover but keeps ones with bad attitudes. The good ones always leave. Don’t be fooled by the full black staff as they ignore you just the same. They can only point you down an aisle and talk amongst themselves

This rating is solely for an employee named Keidra. It was my first time buying a wig and she was absolutely top tier. Very approachable and knowledgeable about the wigs and the installation. She gave me the confidence to wear it and I will personally recommend her to everyone. Thanks for the excellent experience.

I really appreciate Ms.V/Veronica who works in the back with the wigs. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to see her again!!

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were people asking for money outside the building, which made the entrance uncomfortable. The staff also came across as rude and unhelpful when I tried to get assistance. I hope management addresses both the customer experience and the situation outside.

All of the staff seemed to be friendly & professional. They had everything I needed and it seems to be a well kept store. They have cute little outfits, silk scarves and hats.

do not shop here, they are racist! and will unapologetically racially profile you but especially the hispanic wanna be security guard who thought i was shop lifting when in actuality there was a stuffed animal with a tag on it in that was dropped in the doorway that i actually moved to the side on my way out. i did not get an apology lol but thats fine, this is what it is to be black in the beauty supply, yet im in here almost every week spending my money here.

There are several beauty supply stores closer to my house, but I never find what I need. So I always end up coming to this one. They always have what I need and I get a bonus if Samya is working. Samya has a very pleasant attitude and is SUPER helpful, always!

I used to shop here regularly, but I had one visit that made me uncomfortable. During checkout, I placed my store basket on the counter with my items inside and was told to take everything out myself. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. When I didn’t respond right away, the employee made a comment along the lines of “I don’t know what’s wrong with y’all customers” and stated she wasn’t going to handle the basket items. I decided not to complete my purchase and left. I hope customer service has improved since then.

Samya, was professional patient knowledgeable and dependable. 10/10 easily.. —traveled in from The Woodlands! Tinks 🙏🏾
