All of the staff seemed to be friendly & professional. They had everything I needed and it seems to be a well kept store. They have cute little outfits, silk scarves and hats.

There are several beauty supply stores closer to my house, but I never find what I need. So I always end up coming to this one. They always have what I need and I get a bonus if Samya is working. Samya has a very pleasant attitude and is SUPER helpful, always!

Nakia is awesome the owner is not stupid they hire educated africans american's that work directly with the customers and the clientele they know make the industry a billion dollar market. I hope Nakia is offered a manager position or raise because her along with the other wonderful women that serve us are professional and kind. They stay busy because their staff is how they remain competitive not because of the stuff they sell.

Veronica c She was really great at helping my friend find a perfect wig. She did such a great job at teaching us to put it on and gave us the right products to help us keep the wig on 10/10 would come again.

One of my favorite beauty supply stores because they always have everything I need whether it’s a certain brand I’m looking for, press-on nails, lashes or makeup. I want to give a special shoutout to Veronica. During my last visit, I wasn’t having the best day & she was so patient with me and gave me great recommendations for the next hairstyle I was going to get.

The store is organized and well kept. I was able to find things I needed without assistance, but there was plenty of available staff ready to help. T was so sweet and pleasant while checking me out.

I’m rating this store low due to the prices, not necessarily the customer service. They are over charging for hair here. I normally can get my Empire Bulk hair 22” 27/613 for no more than $65 in other stores including Amazon. This store is charging $99. I asked if they do price matches because they clearly over charging and she said no! I don’t know if just the Houston/katy area, but I’ve been to a lot of hair stores in state and out of state and none was charging over $65. So if you looking for Empire Bulk hair and want to pay $30 less Sensational has an Amazon store front with you can purchase with FREE 2-day delivery!

I always go here but getting familiar with the staff and the products has been a great experience. The girls at the front are very helpful and very knowledgeable, which is great for someone like me who is indecisive or doesn’t really know what the best options are. I really appreciate their help and they always are in stock with everything And honestly it’s just my go to beauty supply ❤️

This is my wife and I go to beauty supply store. We can always find what we need and the staff is always very helpful. Mrs. Sharon always have a great attitude and greet us upon walking in. Over all great shopping experience.
