This is the only company that we call when we have water well problems. Their employees are always so nice and respectful. They always come out the same day we call them. They always know exactly what the problem is and they always fix it quickly. We've always been very happy with GWR Water Well Service.

These guys are great. I called late at night, they responded in the morning and pulled pump ( submersible ) replaced pump and motor, and rewired everything, added another 20' section of well piping. Great effort put out by Allen, Chris and Glen and reasonable priced. Highly recommend GWR for your Go To Guys for water well service. Good folks and Quality Service.

Our well was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, we called GRW for a quote and they showed up the same day. Unfortunately we had another 3 weeks of rain and they couldn't get to our well site as it was too muddy but soon as it dried out they were here the next day. The crew is knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. There was a couple of minor issues after installation that Glenn had taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company!

Woke up to no running water. I called GWR and someone contacted me within 15 minutes. They were at my house in less than 2 hours and made the repairs. Very friendly workers and did good work for a good price. I definitely recommend them.

Water stopped about 9.30pm. I called GWR Well Service and Glenn picked up the phone to help. He came over the next day, identified the problem and had it fixed by Friday pm. Great service Great Kindness!!

Allan and Jesus arrived and immediately got to work. They determined what was wrong with my well pump and fixed quickly. Even with little issues that popped up, they took care of it and both gentlemen were extremely friendly. It was almost like a couple of buddies coming over to fix my pump. Highly recommended, especially in the Santa Fe, Alvin areas.

They have always been able to service my well the same day and the courtesy and reliability is amazing. As like a lot of others when I finally got power back the well needwd to be serviced not only did they come out the same day but they were/are out here taking care of customers while they're own homes with wells were still without power. This is why I support local business because they support their customers.

I would give more stars if possible! This was my first time to get a well. Glen and his crew were amazing! They made the whole process so easy! They answered all my questions, gave me a great price, and had the entire job from bid to completion done in a few days! Other companies had me on a 2-4 month waiting list. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GWR! Quality work, fair price, timely, friendly, amazing customer service!

GWR well service was very responsive in my time of need. We had a 5 day power outage and when power returned our well pump was running but not pumping water. They answered the phone with one ring and immediately got us up and running. I cannot thank these guys enough as I have small children and would have had a very expensive repair had it not been for the quick response.
