Had a great experience with Allan and his right hand man ( didn’t catch his name unfortunately). Great people & great company! Any home problem can be overwhelming, but y’all made the process of getting my well fixed a breeze. Times are hard right now, and yall are for your customers and not just for a quick buck! 5 stars is not enough. They should get 20 stars. This was the most perplexing issue. They literally changed everything on the well, and some things more than once. Glenn is a stand up business man, and really, really great guy. His expert installers Allen and Jacob are extremely diligent and knowledgeable. They charged me once for the job, and came out and kept working until the water was flowing again. This is the company to call if you need a new well, or well service. They made my 20 year old broke down well work again, and I am feeling very emotional about that. They need capes. They are heros.

These guys are great. I called late at night, they responded in the morning and pulled pump ( submersible ) replaced pump and motor, and rewired everything, added another 20' section of well piping. Great effort put out by Allen, Chris and Glen and reasonable priced. Highly recommend GWR for your Go To Guys for water well service. Good folks and Quality Service.

Our well was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, we called GRW for a quote and they showed up the same day. Unfortunately we had another 3 weeks of rain and they couldn't get to our well site as it was too muddy but soon as it dried out they were here the next day. The crew is knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. There was a couple of minor issues after installation that Glenn had taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company!

Anita is amazing! Not only did she insure me that everything was going to be taken care of in a timely fashion, she took the time to educate me as a realtor on how to ensure water testing is done in a timely manner for VA loans. When nobody else could do it this quick, they did! Keep up the good work! I will absolutely call them every single time I need a water test

Glenn is a Well Wizard. We'd been trying to get this thing installed for months. Glenn took over the project and worked with our other vendors and had it done in just over a week. During the entire process he kept us up to date with calls and texts. When there were questions/decisions we even had a few facetime calls to show us what was happening and guided us through additional decisions that needed to be made. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with GWR.

Came to work on a well after these guys and it was pitiful a 6yr old well already in need of a new pump it was spliced in the wire the a massive gap in the heat shrink which caused water to get in and fry the pump pump was also hanging on by the wires due to reducer barely being tightened while pulling the pump we also discovered a huge crook in the casing

Woke up to no running water. I called GWR and someone contacted me within 15 minutes. They were at my house in less than 2 hours and made the repairs. Very friendly workers and did good work for a good price. I definitely recommend them.

Called them this morning shortly got a call from allen told what i needed done and was finshed before lunch allen was very profesional would recommend too anyone need there services

I would give more stars if possible! This was my first time to get a well. Glen and his crew were amazing! They made the whole process so easy! They answered all my questions, gave me a great price, and had the entire job from bid to completion done in a few days! Other companies had me on a 2-4 month waiting list. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GWR! Quality work, fair price, timely, friendly, amazing customer service!
