These guys are great. I called late at night, they responded in the morning and pulled pump ( submersible ) replaced pump and motor, and rewired everything, added another 20' section of well piping. Great effort put out by Allen, Chris and Glen and reasonable priced. Highly recommend GWR for your Go To Guys for water well service. Good folks and Quality Service.

Anita is amazing! Not only did she insure me that everything was going to be taken care of in a timely fashion, she took the time to educate me as a realtor on how to ensure water testing is done in a timely manner for VA loans. When nobody else could do it this quick, they did! Keep up the good work! I will absolutely call them every single time I need a water test

Glenn is a Well Wizard. We'd been trying to get this thing installed for months. Glenn took over the project and worked with our other vendors and had it done in just over a week. During the entire process he kept us up to date with calls and texts. When there were questions/decisions we even had a few facetime calls to show us what was happening and guided us through additional decisions that needed to be made. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with GWR.

Our well was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, we called GRW for a quote and they showed up the same day. Unfortunately we had another 3 weeks of rain and they couldn't get to our well site as it was too muddy but soon as it dried out they were here the next day. The crew is knowledgeable and did a good job with the installation. There was a couple of minor issues after installation that Glenn had taken care of right away. I highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with the service offerings. Empathetic and helpful, they worked around my work schedule to get my system repaired and maintainenced quickly. Came in... well... under budget. Now to shower.

Woke up to no running water. I called GWR and someone contacted me within 15 minutes. They were at my house in less than 2 hours and made the repairs. Very friendly workers and did good work for a good price. I definitely recommend them.

This is the 3rd time I used these guys and like the 1st two, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Travis and Jacob were professional, knowledgeable and had no problem explaining the process as it went. Most ppl would get annoyed or frustrated with the questions, but these guy had no issue with me asking questions. Thank you GWR for everything, you definitely have a customer for life.

This is the only company that we call when we have water well problems. Their employees are always so nice and respectful. They always come out the same day we call them. They always know exactly what the problem is and they always fix it quickly. We've always been very happy with GWR Water Well Service.

They have always been able to service my well the same day and the courtesy and reliability is amazing. As like a lot of others when I finally got power back the well needwd to be serviced not only did they come out the same day but they were/are out here taking care of customers while they're own homes with wells were still without power. This is why I support local business because they support their customers.
