This is an honest review — no hate — but I feel the charges were a rip-off, especially those on a budget, should be aware. I was not happy with the service because I wasn’t given any estimate beforehand. I assumed it wouldn’t cost much to fix my car’s AC. The staff told me the car needed to go through a machine to diagnose the issue, and the final check showed the gas was empty. The invoice came out to $313.38 which I felt was too much. When I mentioned this, I was given the option to remove the gas and pay only the labour charge.Please make sure to advise walk-in customers about the expected costs ahead of time, or at least make your pricing clearer in the future. — Unhappy customer

Amazing service from Eugene! I was referred to Eugene to fix an issue with a new vehicle I had bought that same day, and he fixed it within a few hours. He explained the issue so well and clearly, I appreciated his honesty and great care he took with my new vehicle. A very trust worthy place!
