Gulfview Properties

I found the condos last minute literally looking at Google maps. So I looked them up and called. Diane Allen was amazing. She was extremely kind. And went above and beyond to help me. And I was getting the condo for the week of July 4th last minute. (Stayed June 30th- July 7th) She was helpful and cared about my experience in Panama City. She answered every question I had. Including the night I checked in late and couldn't get the lock box open for the keys. I've never had a condo have a real emergency number 24/7. I felt safe. I stayed at Polynesian Village. Not a huge high rise but was exactly what I needed for my week. I stayed alone and had friends at other condos. My beach access was steps from the beach. Not a long boardwalk. The condo itself needed maybe a newer stove and the unit didn't have a washer and dryer but the coin laundry was cheap enough so I don't consider that too negative. I would definitely stay at there or other Gulf View properties again. I wouldn't even call another renal place. Also the prices were great and were in line with the type of property.

Dianne Allen has been wonderful!! I was in a bad situation and she responded to my email quickly and got me and my daughter into an affordable place the next day. She has been very responsive to any questions and concerns. I don't know what I'd have done had I not crossed paths with Dianne. I highly recommend Gulfview properties.

My family and I stayed at the Polynesian. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we could need. It was perfect for the 4 of us, we really liked that we had the privacy of our own bedroom separate from the children. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach was never crowded directly in front of the building. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again next year! A++!!! Communication was excellent. Dianne answered all of our questions in a timely and helpful manner. Thank you for everything!! We look forward to working with you again in the future!

From the reservation to leaving everything was stress free. The stay was wonderful!! Rooms was clean and the view was amazing!!! Dianne and staff was so professional and courteous... Thank you!! We will be going back

We stayed here on August 3 2022. Let me tell you what a nightmare!!! The room was DISGUSTING. Stains on the bedding, stains on the mattresses, lights flickering on and off, room was outdated like the 60's and bed was original to the unit. They charged me $500 for the night and refuse to refund me. I'm having to contact my attorney, the BBB, and my bank in order to try and resolve this. I will never ever stay here again. We rent our condo in PCB and would never treat our guests like this. I will make sure everyone I know down there knows how corrupt this place is. We stayed at Polynesian Village to be more specific but I personally would not stay at any condo this company represents due to the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of care. Will post pictures.

Great folks, staff was very attentive and courteous. The rental was very clean and in an excellent state of repair. The local businesses very pleasant to visit with a very relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices all things considered. It was an overall very nice get away and we will be back again. To the reviewers stating only good reviews are coming from employees..... I don't work there...just saying.

Love the great deal I got. The place was perfect! Great customer service. Management went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will be using them again.

If you are looking for specific accommodations and personable agents to assist you with your vacation or weekend get away, you should let gulf view properties be your go to contact. They have properties to suit everyone’s needs, they are well appointed, and conveniently located. Definitely recommend them

The view of the ocean was wonderful! The unit could have been cleaned a little better though. A broken screen was stored under the bed. One of the legs on the chest of drawers was broken with mega dust bunnies under it. There were mega dust bunnies on the wall at the head of the bed. And they take months, yes months to return your deposit. They are definitely customer no-service for it's hard to contact any one, they changed the unit without notification and when you call or email.....no reply.
