Gary was so nice!! He helped me out with our dryer. An easy fix and he was kind and courteous! Will for sure call him again when and if we need help in the future!!

I called Gary because I had an issue with my refrigerator. It was showing that it was on cooling off mode. After I spoke with him he said all I needed was to reset it. He was so kind and helped me over the phone to reset my refrigerator. I will definitely be calling him for future repairs!

I called Gary in late morning and he was at my house within an hour. He worked steadily on my stove for over two hours, testing various components. He stopped work only to go get a part. He is very dedicated and careful with his work. He completed the repair and his fee was VERY reasonable. Plus the fact that he is just a very nice guy. I highly recommend him for all of your appliance repair needs.

We’ve had Gary work on our refrigerator for two separate problems and he was great! Kind, punctual, and honest, he took care of both of our problems in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend!

We had a washer that wasn’t draining properly and Gary was on top of it. I called him and he was able to come out that same day and made it fit my schedule. He was on time and very kind. He was professional and educated me on how to clean washer filter so that next time I would be able to do it by myself. He waited until he knew the washer was properly working until leaving. Overall, I would recommend Gary and I will use his services for future repairs.

Beyond impressed with Gulf Appliance Service! I called this morning, hoping to get a service appointment within the next few days. Gary was here within an HOUR!! of my call to diagnose my oven! He found the issue and immediately ordered the part that was needed at an awesome price with fast shipping! 5 STARS ⭐️ EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will be using for all of our future appliance problems that may arise.

Called Gary earlier today told him what I thought the issue was with my Maytag dryer. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. Very professional and informed of keeping the housing of my dryer cleaned. Very reasonable price for fixing my drye.

Gary has been my go-to appliance fixer for my store, Hanceville Drug, for the past few years. He is usually able to stop by and take a look at my issues the same day I call him. He got my old ice machine an extra year of life with his repair. Then when it was time to replace the ice maker he was very knowledgeable about the different options and installed the new one I purchased at a very reasonable price. He came in the next day after the install to make sure everything was working correctly. Very reasonable pricing and quality work. I will not hesitate to call him the next time one of my appliances has a problem.

**EDIT** I originally posted a negative review about Mr. Harper due to paying for work that I felt was not completed yet still being charged for it. I realized that was an error after he came to my home to make it right. I'm now posting a 5-star review due to his extraordinary character. After posting the negative review, Mr Harper came to my house and gave me my money back plus an extra $20 for the trouble. I'm astounded by his professionalism and courtesy. He went above and beyond to make something right when he didn't have to, and in that case, I will highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs or service work done. Thank you, Mr. Harper. I appreciate you and your willingness to go above and beyond to make something right for your customer. You are an example to be followed by all business owners.
