So, they did work. Fine but I called over 30+ time. To try to use the 30 day warranty. That couldn’t be honored as I had to take it to a mechanic and get a tow. Which means that I had to pay $398 for that. When I finally get someone to answer me. They told me they would “compensate me for the trouble” which is maybe $100. Which doesn’t help me being stranded for 3 hours and now that someone else did the work. There is no way to show whether or not it’s their mechanics. So I just spent. $800+ money for a simple coolant flush. Also how do you flush coolant without removing the hose. As most of the time you remove the lower hose reservoir? THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU! Will charge minimum 3 hours work for less than 30 minutes of work. Look at the response of using a machine to flush my coolant. He didn’t use a machine I had to bring out water to him?! There wasn’t a single machine. So now they lie on top of everything

Scam city! Beware! They want 100$ to simply BOOK an appointment and they won't tell you a price until you book for 100! beware; do not book unless you want to be quoted on site a CRAZY price. I just needed a tire changed BTW .. so I just asked for the price of a tire .. they would not quote me, until they got onsite then said 400 😑for a TIRE.. so I declined. Easy way for him to make 100 for less than 10 minutes of work. I feel it's done and priced this way so that u WILL decline. Scam!

I think the other reviews are probably fake. These guys told me they'd arrive at 5, then moved to 5:45, then moved to 7:45. They actually showed up more like 8:30. After diagnosing the issue, they wanted over $900 for sparkplugs. Towed it to a real mechanic because I wasn't going to pay that insane price anyway. They revealed that this was a misdiagnosis and I actually needed an ignition coil, a problem fixed for more like $150. Despite the incorrect diagnosis, Guerrero Mobile Mechanics will not offer any sort of refund unless you work with them first. I asked them why would I choose to work with someone that misdiagnosed the problem to begin with? They said because once it failed again - having not fixed the original problem- so long as that was within 30 days theyd fix the original problem. So, don't expect these people to have any professionalism or expertise, and don't expect them to be fast, either. Id suggest going somewhere else.
