I experienced the best customer service ever!! 2002 Chevrolet Express work van, not the most common vehicle on the road. I called Thurs afternoon and spoke with Randy. He quoted me a great price. I had full glass coverage so that was not a factor. I asked when he could get me in and it was 9:00am Fri morning! I arrived at 9:00 and they were ready to go to work. Here is the best part. I had my windshield replaced 6 years ago at Safelight. I have satellite radio and the antenna is above the windshield. The cable ran under the windshield trim. Safelight glued the cable in the windshield channel 6 years ago, so Guardian had to be extremely careful cutting out the old windshield or they could have cut the satelite radio cable. No problem, windshield out and cable intact by 9:25. Now it gets even better. At 10:am they are done but ask if I am in a hurry because they would like to glue my plastic windsheild cowl cover together (it was in 4 pieces for the last 4 years and is a discontinued part). Really? Wow absolutely yes!! I'll pay for that!! When the job was done I asked what I owed for the extra work. They said NOTHING!! In todays service environment, this is unbelievable. I asked to speak with Joe (the owner) and he was actually pulling my van out of the shop. He is who glued my cowl back together! His son Matthew also worked on my van to make a team of 3. For you high end and newer car owners, do not be afraid to bring your car here. This shop is certified to re-calibrate all Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), I saw the certifications hanging on the wall. Thank you Joe, Matt and Randy!
