Not sure where to start but I recently began receiving requests for feedback and after receiving the third request I decided to go ahead with it. Be careful what you wish for, right? Guardian Integrated Security (GIS) bought San Diego CCTV Pros, the company that installed and maintained my residential CCTV system. I always received excellent service from them and was surprised to find GIS, a company based in Los Angeles, would be servicing my system in San Diego. When I began scheduling service calls with GIS, it became apparent that I would no longer receive the level of service I received from San Diego CCTV Pros. GIS service technicians seemed unsure of how to repair problems I had, and in fact were unable to repair a stand alone infrared light that had gone out, they had problems troubleshooting DVR and system issues and still billed me for their services while the problems I had were never corrected. My last service call from them was years ago and my CCTV system is still down, so I am not sure why they suddenly started asking me for feedback on the poor level of service I received from them, but here you go. I plan on replacing the entire system soon, but will not likely purchase it through GIS, and would not recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a residential CCTV system.
