Guardian Pro just completed a full roof and gutter replacement on our home and we are thrilled with the results. Jason did a fantastic job in both explaining our roofing and gutter options and then in coordinating the project through successful completion. Both the roofing and gutter crews were fast, friendly and did a great job in cleaning up before they left. Our new roof and gutter system look great and we’ve already recommended Guardian Pro to a friend who also needs a new room. We would definitely choose them again.

This company is one of the best when it comes to siding, windows, gutters, kitchens, and bathrooms. Highly recommend! They are reliable, do excellent quality work, and finish everything quickly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company, they were well priced. They came when they said they were going to come and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I highly recommend them to anyone. The quality of the guards looks great , I will follow up when it rains . Raven was an absolute sweetheart, her customer service skills are exceptional !

Matt from Guardian came out to help me assess what to do about a strange atrium that was placed in the middle of my roof. He assessed it and his crew came up with a great way to get it out and put in a new roof over the area. Alex was the PM and did a great job and his crew was fast and efficient. Very communicative and quick to respond. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of this project!

Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. Will Jaehn was my sales representative and he was great. He took the time to explain the service I needed to repair my gutters and to place gutter guards. He offered me several options and even worked with me a couple of days later when I had some questions. The service work was fast and very efficient. Oscar did an amazing job with repair and installation. I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

They did a great job other than breaking my four gnomes that I have out front. With a cost of over $100 I think they did a great job. They were great people to work with.

Raven had Gigi out within 2 hours was not trying to up sale or over sale very informative and professional guys came a few days later did a phenomenal job definitely will recommend and use them again

Gigi did an amazing job helping me with extensive damages to my roof and gutters. She was very professional and explained everything very well. The company has great reviews so that’s one of the reasons why I chose them. I want it done right. I would highly recommend Guardian home pro and would call Gigi again, she was a pleasure to work with and I’m so relieved my house is in good hands.

Do not use this company. Even though they seem very professional through emails and texts they are not. They went to our lake house, or so we thought, to give us an estimate of adding gutter guards to our existing gutters. We approved the estimate even though we thought it was quite high. They scheduled a time to come around Thanksgiving this year. We were not home as we use the cabin personally but also as a short term rental. They told us that the job was complete so we paid the invoice. We didn't think twice about them having done the work and didn't visit the cabin until Christmas Day. I could reach the gutters on the screen porch. I panicked as there were no gutter guards installed. I sent a few emails and called a few numbers and after an hour or so got confirmation from the Guardian that they put the gutter guards on my neighbors house who ironically already had gutter guards installed the year before. We walked his house after we found this out and I realized that they had not only put the guards on the wrong house but had also charged me $296 for a downspout that the said was require but never installed. Bottom line is they took my $1400 and will not refund the money that has been paid to them. Phones have been shut off and no one will respond to me!
